ABOUT US
Dr Segraves was born and raised in the Kansas City area. He attended the University of Kansas, where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. He attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine, graduating in 1986, and completed a psychiatry residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in 1990.
Dr Dr Segraves is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and is subspecialty boarded in Geriatric Psychiatry. In addition to his practice in the Kansas City metro area, he is currently on staff at Cass Regional Medical Center.
Dr Segraves treats adults and seniors, across a wide variety of diagnoses. He utilizes medication, ketamine therapy, and trans-cranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Additionally, he performs consultations for appropriateness for use of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT).
An avid sports fan, Dr Segraves follows Sporting KC, the Royals, Chiefs, and his Jayhawks. Leisure activities include working in the yard, reading, walking, and enjoying time with his dogs.
